# Nina Gierschner, LL.M.

Nina Gierschner has been a commercial lawyer since 2021 and supports the attorneys in national and international clients in various fields of intellectual property law with a special focus on trademark law (soft IP). Her practices focuses on the comprehensive management of trademark portfolios.

Nina Gierschner studied Economic law at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Düsseldorf. After completing her Bachelor and Master of Laws, she worked for an international commercial law firm, where she headed the trademark department for the Düsseldorf office. She joined HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER since in 2025.
