# Théophile Rebuffel Théophile practises in all areas of intellectual property (in particular patent, trademark, design and copyright litigation). His practice also covers trademark prosecution and advising and litigating in unfair competition, parasitism, and pharmaceutical law. Before joining the firm in September 2023, Théophile completed several internships in intellectual property law firms, as well as in the legal department of a major audiovisual group.
