# Agathe Caillé Agathe is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Paris Bar and a representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Her practice focuses on patent litigation. She has handled patent cases across a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy cables and solar panels industry, chemicals, food and medical packaging, in the context of worldwide disputes. She has particular expertise in coordinating multi-jurisdictional patent litigation.
