# Giulia-Isabella Otten, LL.M.

Giulia-Isabella Otten supports the attorneys in national and international cases in various fields of intellectual property with a special focus on patent law. The focus of her work is on the case management of extensive mandates as well as on the new tasks associated with the Unified Patent Court.

Giulia-Isabella studied law at the University of Osnabrück with a focus on German and European Law of Competition and Intellectual Property. She continued this specialization within various internships in international law firms and during her legal clerkship. Giulia-Isabella finished her law degree in 2022, since then she is working as a Knowledge Management Lawyer at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER.

In 2024, Giulia-Isabella Otten graduated with a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf.
